The Retreat At Kharista By Ekosistem is an incredibly beautiful and clean place. My stay in the double room with an attached bathroom for 3 nights was very enjoyable. All the employees were helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the location is marvelous and conveniently close to various beach clubs and hotspots in Canggu, making it easy to explore the area.

The unit we got was beautifully decorated and brand-new with the bathroom. The location was great, 10 minutes' walk to the centre.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded our expectations. the spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, and the private facilities were top, notch. Staff were attentive and provided excellent service, with in, room breakfast available upon request. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were well, maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. the full body massage at the spa centre was a highlight of the stay.

There were occasional mosquito sightings in our room, which disrupted our sleep. the turndown service with mosquito removal was a thoughtful touch.

My Easter vacation was a memorable one, thanks to the lovely place I stayed. the location was spot on, with all the beach clubs and hotspots within a stone's throw. the interiors of the accommodation were aesthetically pleasing, and the bedding was comfortable and changed daily. I loved the friendly staff, especially Yuni and Adel - they brought a positive vibe to the atmosphere and made me feel at home. the breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed trying the acai bowl and avocado toast.

the balcony chairs were not comfortable, and I had to switch to the table and chairs provided.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed with a combination of traditional and modern features. The staff were very friendly and helpful with carrying luggage and serving breakfast in the rooms. Additionally, the location was great, with many shops and bars nearby.

Some minor improvements could be made. The chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable and the entry doors allowed mosquitos to enter. Guests with mobility issues may find it difficult to access certain rooms located at the rear of the property.
